With five vibrant indoor learning spaces and a large, well-equipped garden, we foster an environment where children can thrive across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Following a ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted (2024), we are on an exciting journey to build upon our strong foundations, and we need an inspiring Nursery Manager to lead the way!

The Role
As Nursery Manager, alongside others in the management team, you will:
✅ Lead with vision and integrity, aligning with St Jude’s Christian ethos.
✅ Oversee all aspects of nursery operations, from curriculum development to compliance.
✅ Manage a dedicated team, many of whom have worked for our amazing nursery for many years, fostering professional growth and the positive work culture which already exists.
✅ Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
✅ Drive enrolement and ensure financial sustainability.

What We’re Looking For
✔ A practising Christian, in line with our nursery’s values (as per the Equality Act 2010).
✔ A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education.
✔ Experience in nursery leadership, with a solid grasp of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
✔ A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
✔ Passionate about delivering high-quality, child-centred care and education.
